Sea to Sky Glamping, Yoga and Wellness retreat Itinerary
Day 1 Head to the Mountains
Begin this retreat with a scenic drive into the Fraser Canyon. You’ll be picked up in Vancouver and driven to the glamping resort where you’ll sleep for the next four nights.
In the evening, gather for a nourishing dinner, then stretch out your body with a gentle yoga practice under the setting sun.

Day 2 Hike to Joffre Lakes and Evening Cooking Class
Open your glamping tent door to nature all around. Meet your leader for a guided meditation this morning, followed by a healthy breakfast and fresh coffee. Once you’re nourished, head out to the Instagram-famous Joffre Lakes for a pleasant hike and swim in the emerald glacial lake (if you dare!). On the way back to home base, stop at an award-winning winery for an afternoon glass of wine.
For dinner, you can join the chefs for a cooking class and enjoy the fruits of your labour together. Wind down with sunset yoga and then soak in the outdoor hot tub for ultimate relaxation.

Day 3 Reconnect Your Mind and Body with Nature
Want to repeat yesterday because it was so awesome? Well, you’re in luck! Start the new day with a guided meditation and indulge in a plant-based breakfast in the sun. Your guide will lead you into the Fraser Canyon today to explore its scenic pockets, hidden waterfalls, and placid backcountry lakes. Fill up on a charcuterie picnic lunch in the wild before returning to camp for another cooking class (optional).
Round out the epic day with a pleasant yoga class, then huddle around the campfire with your crew and gaze at the brilliant starry sky.

Day 4 Rafting Adventure on the Columbia River
Welcome the day with your now-habitual morning meditation with the group, and have a quick meal before today’s adventure: whitewater rafting! No experience is required as you’ll be under the watchful eyes and expert hands of local river guides. It’s an exhilarating adventure down one of the biggest rafted rivers in Canada, and be prepared to get splashed!
Back at camp, treat yourself to an afternoon hot tub soak, then gather for the daily cooking class (optional). Spend your last evening together practicing yoga, then chatting around the campfire.
