Torres del Paine Multisport Tour Itinerary
Day 1 E-Bike to Milodon Cave & Hike Patagonian Forests
Your multi sport adventure begins with a scenic, tranquil bike ride from Puerto Natales, tracing the route through historic Puerto Bories and along the shimmering Eberhard Fjord to Puerto Pratt, the first Chilean settlement in the region, founded in 1899. From there, the ride continues along a quiet road to Estancia Puerto Consuelo before arriving at the legendary Milodon Cave, a Natural Monument renowned for its prehistoric significance and dramatic rock formations.
After exploring the cave, a 4-hour archaeological hike winds through lush Patagonian forests, home to iconic trees such as ñirre, lenga, and coihue. Along the trail, three hidden caves reveal striking prehistoric rock paintings, culminating at a panoramic viewpoint where condors often soar gracefully overhead, offering a breathtaking glimpse of Patagonia’s wild and timeless beauty.

Day 2 Hike the French Valley
The morning begins with a 30-minute transfer to Pehoe Lake where you’ll hop on a catamaran to reach the entrance to the French Valley. This spectacular natural basis surrounded by hanging glaciers and soaring peaks is one of the most remarkable locations in Torres del Paine. With the hanging glacier perched atop the valley, you’ll enjoye a thrilling hike through enchanted forests to reach the French Valley viewpoint, also known as the “Plateau”. After a hearty box lunch with views out over the valley, you’ll return on foot to reach the catamaran where you’ll cross Lake Pehoe and return to camp by transfer.

Day 3 Discover Salto Grande and the Aonikenk Trail
After breakfast, a transfer takes you to Pudeto to begin a gentle round-trip hike past Salto Grande waterfall, where Lake Nordenskjöld flows into Lake Pehoé. The trail continues along the shoreline, skirting the black sand beach and reaching the Cuernos Lookout for stunning views. On the return, a short break allows time for a fresh snack before a private transfer moves the group to Sarmiento Lagoon, where about an hour of hiking leads to a rock formation with 6,000-year-old cave paintings.

Day 4 Full-Day Sea Kayaking Adventure on Grey River and Grey Lake
Now that you’ve explored Torres del Paine both on foot and on horseback, it’s time to hit the water today on a full day sea kayaking expedition. The day begins with a 30 minute transfer to Grey Lake where you’ll be met by your professional kayak guide. With Paine Grande and Grey Glacier lording above, you’ll enjoy a short briefing before setting out on Grey Lake for a 2 hour paddle amongst the icebergs. Later, you’ll weave your way through canyons as you traverse the rapids of Grey River with sensational views in all directions. 25km later, you’ll join the Serrano river and reach your riverside camp following a full day of adventure on the waters of Torres del Paine.

Day 5 Three Towers Lookout Hike and Transfer to Puerto Natales
Although today is the final day of your 5-day adventure in Torres del Paine, there is still plenty to discover before returning to Puerto Natales! This morning you’ll transfers to the trailhead for the Three Towers hike where you’ll begin your trek along the Ascensio river, deep into the Ascencio Valley. Continuing through rich beech forests, you’ll press on to ascend the impressive moraine which leads to the world-famous look out point.
Stand in awe as you gaze out over the famous towers from 900 m above sea level. Enjoy lunch here and of course lots of photos before descending the same path back to reach a transfer that will return you to Puerto Natales where your multisport adventure concludes.

Accommodation on Torres del Paine Multisport Tour
This tour is based at a riverside camp on the Serrano River where you’ll sleep in 4-season lotus belle tents. The camp features comfortable deluxe tents with 2 inflatable mattresses and shared mens/womens bathrooms. Towels, bedding & fresh linens are also included.
